Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, and longer for bank holidays and summer weekends. If your date is close, still ask — we often have units free at short notice.
Do you deliver, set up and collect?
Yes. Delivery, full setup, safety briefing and collection are included in every hire. We arrive ahead of your start time so you're ready when guests are.
What space do I need?
Each unit lists its footprint, and we allow at least half a metre of clearance on every side plus access for the blower. A standard doorway or gate access of around 90cm is needed.
Can you set up indoors or on hard ground?
Yes. We set up on grass with anchor stakes, or indoors and on hard standing using ballast weights. Just tell us the surface when you enquire.
